Office Transition to Remote Operations

Effective Date: August 21st, 2024

As of August 21st, 2024, our office will be transitioning to remote operations. While our physical office will be closed to the public, we want to assure you that business will continue as usual. Our team will still be available to answer your calls, respond to emails, and process your requests.

Important Notes:

  • Avoid Delays: Please ensure you send your loan payments and/or deposits to the new address to avoid any delays. Sending funds to the old CURF address may result in processing delays.
  • Use Correct Account Numbers: Always use the correct Loan Number (three digits, e.g., 123) or Investment Number (five digits, e.g., 10134) when sending funds. Using an outdated account number may cause delays in processing. You can find your loan or investment numbers on your most recent statement.
  • Update Your Records: Please update your loan or investment information in your accounting systems, online bill pay accounts, and on the memo of checks.
  • Use Tear-Off Slips: We recommend completing and attaching the tear-off slip from your loan payment or note purchase receipt when submitting funds to the new address for quicker processing.

For documents such as Subscription Agreements, Transfer on Death, Withdrawal Requests, or Death Certificates, please continue to send them to our physical office at:

Changes to In-Person Services

  • No Walk-Ins or Pickups: We will no longer be accepting walk-ins or pickups. All disbursements will be handled through mailed checks or via ACH.
  • Online Access: We strongly recommend setting up online access to your account. This will allow you to make payments, withdrawals, and deposits online, as well as view your account activity and statements. Please call our office to get set up.
